2008 has ended, 2009 is here and as i wrote on my Facebook it'll be a year of strength.

2008 has been a great year for kettlebells and functional strength in Sweden, and we feel proud to part of it!

On this forum everyone has been improving their training and technique constantly, we share the knowledge and help each other out, we give credit/respect/praise when its needed. Damn it's great to be part of this forum, a virtual training group that help each other out, awesome!

A BIG THANKS TO ALL MEMBERS, ESPECIALLY YOU WHO ARE ACTIVE AND HELP KEEPING www.girya.se MOVING FORWARD AND UP!!!
