We are the ones behind this site, we are long-time friends through martial arts and a common quest for more time-efficient, more accesible, more challenging and more fun stregth- and fitness-training has led us to girya-training. Girya is the Russian word for kettlebell, originally  meaning "weight", and we feel girya is a better word than kettlebell, when speaking Swedish.

This site is here to promote Girya- and other functional strength- and fitness-training but more importantly we want to create a new comunity where anyone interested can find information, exchange views, ideas, ask questions and discuss physichal training. Welcome! Good to have you on the forum!
