All done with 40kgs.<br /><br />This was shockingly nasty and my lungs were coming out already after abt 12 minutes. In the end i managed 8 rounds. I actually had a few seconds to spare but spent them wrestling with pukie.<br /><br />One round takes about 60 seconds when fresh so its theoretically possible to go 20 rounds or more. After a few minutes though reality dawns...<br /><br />I wasnt too pleased with my score but looking at the board i saw some pretty serious guys also posting 8 rounds, wich made me feel a bit better.<br /><br /><br />]]>

Endurance during this kind of work is really&nbsp;good, focusing on breathing just makes it easier and more relaxed...</DIV><DIV>Also proud to say my handstand pressing is improving... have been doing full ROM negatives on the paraletts at home here and there and it showes results as I tested some Headstand pushups and made a couple sets of 2 even, also have much better control in the full ROM negatives... good stuff!!</DIV>]]>

B&#195;&#182;rjar f&#195;&#182;r &#195;&#182;vrigt komma in i lunken. Troligen det b&#195;&#164;sta 70-kilosrycket jag gjort. Sen blev jag lite v&#195;&#164;l ivrig och gav mig p&#195;&#165; 75kg med lite v&#195;&#164;l kort vila. &#195;&#132;nd&#195;&#165; en bra k&#195;&#164;nsla efter den delen. Tyckte Snatch pullsen k&#195;&#164;ndes riktigt bra dom ocks&#195;&#165;. Och b&#195;&#182;jen &#195;&#164;r v&#195;&#164;l inte all-time high, men &#195;&#164;nd&#195;&#165; bara strax under. Bra pass!</p><p>Direkt efter hemkomsten fr&#195;&#165;n jobbet blev det del 2. Roddsprinter - brukar vara s&#195;&#165;d&#195;&#164;r komfortabelt. Keep working!<br><b>Monday:</b> <br>&nbsp;- Abs/back/hip stretch<br>&nbsp;- t&#140; touch: 10<br>&nbsp;- halo: 10/10<br>&nbsp;- Snatch(16kg): 10/10<br>&nbsp;- Snatch: Vo2max(15 sec work/rest) 30 rounds (20kg), <b>6</b> reps/round<br>Great to see I could handle an additional rep/round!<br><br>]]>

Yes they sure do!<br /><br />Today I tried a breathing ladder (ie restin exactly one breath per rep after each set) doing 2 hand swings with a 25kg bell.<br /><br />Did 1 to 20 to 1 ie 400 swings total in just under32minutes. Avg HR 162, max HR 175.<br /><br />This was a bit on the easy side from a conditioning point of view but a nice workout nonetheless.]]>
